Now you'll be taking that rope you've draped across the lower back and tying an over hand knot at the right ankle. Simple quick knot, and then for style you'll wrap the rope around after securing the knot as far right as it will go.

You'll do that same process for the left ankle, remembering to secure the knot and to tie off the last bit of rope after you've twirled it around the main line.

As I mentioned it binds the hands and the ankles and looks great. Remember though to always practice safety when doing these, especially the ones that completely limit the models range of motion. So exercise strict caution and even consider using a safe word.
